Role Summary
The Analyst – Web Development and Maintenance will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the websites of Wilson Harbors and its subsidiaries. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement website enhancements, optimize performance, and ensure security compliance across all digital platforms. This role requires a technical, detail-oriented individual with a passion for digital innovation and user-centered design.

Key Responsibilities
Website Development and Maintenance
- Develop, update, and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to implement new pages, layouts, and features, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and bug fixes to optimize website performance and user experience.
Performance Optimization - Analyze website metrics and optimize for improved loading speed, SEO, and user experience.
Implement best practices for responsive design, ensuring websites are accessible across various devices and browsers.
Monitor website performance, using tools such as Google Analytics, PageSpeed Insights, and other relevant software.
Security and Compliance
- Ensure websites adhere to security protocols, including data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Regularly update website security patches and monitor for potential vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate secure login, authentication, and data handling practices.
Project Collaboration and Support
- Coordinate with marketing, content, and design teams to plan and execute new website projects.
- Provide technical support to internal teams for web-based tools and functionalities.
- Document technical processes, maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting guides.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or related field.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in web development or digital maintenance roles.
- Experience in using front-end development frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Skills and Competencies
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular web development frameworks.
- Familiarity with PHP, SQL, or other backend programming languages is a plus.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, SEO principles, and web performance optimization.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and debugging tools.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools for web-related tasks.
Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and implement changes based on performance insights.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

- Website Uptime and Functionality: Consistently maintains a high uptime percentage and promptly resolves any downtime or functionality issues.
- Page Load Time: Meets performance benchmarks for website loading times across all devices.
SEO and Traffic Metrics: Implements SEO strategies effectively, contributing to improved website traffic and engagement. - Security Compliance: Ensures website meets security standards with no significant vulnerabilities.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Successfully coordinates with other teams to execute website updates and projects.
