We are committed to excellence and are looking for a seasoned M&A consultant to join our dynamic team.
Role Summary
As a Senior Consultant in M&A, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives that drive mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring in the Asian markets. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, evaluate potential deals, and manage the end-to-end transaction processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of M&A strategies for clients across Asia, ensuring alignment with their corporate goals.
- Conduct detailed market analysis and due diligence to identify viable acquisition targets and partnership opportunities.
Prepare financial models, perform valuation analyses, and assess risk factors to inform negotiation strategies and deal structuring. - Collaborate with legal and financial advisors to ensure compliance with local regulations and successful integration of business operations.
- Manage client relationships, providing expert advice and maintaining high standards of service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a collaborative team environment and promoting professional growth.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes that may impact M&A activities in the region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&A consulting, investment banking, or a related advisory role with a focus on the Asian markets.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and closing M&A transactions.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and complex deal structuring.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional Asian languages is highly desirable.
