Chief Administrative Officer – Wilson Harbors Banking Corporation

As the CAO (Chief Administrative Officer) of a bank, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations and supporting the efficient functioning of the company in an ever-evolving digital environment. You will lead efforts to optimize operational processes, enhance corporate governance, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Your strategic leadership and expertise in operations management will be crucial to ensuring the success of the company and fostering a culture of operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including administrative services, facility management, and logistics.
  • Develop and implement efficient operational processes to improve effectiveness and productivity.

Corporate Governance

  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and integrity in all company operations.

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and compliance standards.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity and asset protection.

Human Resources Management

  • Supervise HR functions, including recruitment, training, and personnel development.
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment, promoting diversity and employee well-being.

Strategy and Planning

  • Contribute to the development of the company’s overall strategy and provide strategic advice to the management.
  • Participate in long-term planning and alignment of operational objectives with the company’s vision.

Relationships with Partners and Suppliers

  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with external partners and service providers.
  • Negotiate favorable contracts and commercial agreements to support the company’s operational objectives.

Qualifications

Proven experience in administrative or operational leadership roles, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.

  • Strong skills in operations management, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • University degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. Additional experience in project management or quality management is an advantage.
