Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Wilson Harbors Banking Corporation

As the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) of a bank, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall financial management of the company, ensuring that all financial activities are conducted efficiently, transparently, and in compliance with applicable regulations. You will lead efforts to optimize financial performance, ensure profitability, and support the growth of the company in an ever-evolving digital environment.

Responsibilities

Financial Management

  • Supervise all financial activities of the company, including accounting, financial planning, treasury, and risk management.
  • Develop and implement robust financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and data integrity.

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to management, shareholders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide strategic advice to management.

Planning and Analysis

  • Develop short and long-term financial plans to support the company’s business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analyses to assess company performance and propose improvement measures.

Investment Management

  • Evaluate investment opportunities and recommend capital allocation strategies to maximize returns.
  • Monitor investment performance and adjust strategies based on results.

Investor Relations

  • Communicate transparently with investors and financial analysts about company performance and future prospects.
  • Organize meetings and presentations to present financial results and address investor questions.

Resource Management

  • Manage financial resources effectively to support day-to-day operations and growth initiatives.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a talented financial team, fostering professional development and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong skills in financial planning, analysis, and risk management.
  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles and regulatory standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide strategic advice to management and influence decision-making.
  • University degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is an advantage.
